ADP2387ACPZN-R7 Product Details

ADP2387ACPZN-R7 Overview

A Cut Tape (CT) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. In this voltage regulator, there are a total of 24 terminations. There is one type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with, and that is the SWITCHING REGULATOR type. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. In this case, DC DC switching regulator has 1 outputs configured to it. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Adjustable output. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. Operating at -40°C~125°C TJ is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. DC-DC switching regulators reach 200kHz~1.4MHz switching frequencies. Input voltage 4.5V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. In this adjusting voltage regulator, the output voltage (Min/Fixed) equates to 0.6V. 260 is essentially indestructible due to DC DC switching regulator's peak reflow temperature. An input voltage of 12V is required to meet the requirements of the switching regulator operation. DC/DC regulators such as this one belong to the ADP2387 family of products. The voltage DC DC switching regulator can produce is 18V volts. For switching regulator operation, 24 pins are used. As a general rule, this voltage regulator 12v should keep its output voltage at least at 600mV. In order to meet the requirements of the switching regulator operation, the maximum output current reaches 6A A. The maximum output voltage of 18V makes DC DC switching regulator easy to operate. It provides the adjusting voltage regulator's maximal output voltage of 18V. Switching regulators such as this operate from voltages of 20V.
