ADR4520BRZ-R7 Description
The ADR4520/ADR4525/ADR4530/ADR4533/ADR4540/ADR4550 devices have a 0.02% B, C, and D grade maximum initial error, great temperature stability, and low output noise. They are high precision, low power, low noise voltage references.
This family of voltage references offers the best temperature stability and noise performance in the market while yet achieving excellent accuracy. The devices' low long-term output voltage drift and low thermally induced output voltage hysteresis significantly increase system accuracy across time and temperature changes.
The devices perform remarkably well in portable equipment thanks to their maximum operational current of 950 A and their maximum low dropout voltage of 300 mV.
