Using the frequency of 5.9GHz~23.6GHz, RF modulator operates.The enhanced 32-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package makes it an excellent RF IC.The RF modulator is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) package.PCB or development board with Surface Mount-type connectors can accommodate this RF modulator.In order to drive and receive signals from data, this RF module has 32 terminations integrated.32-pin RF module with improved power dissipation control.
