RF modulator operates at 3.8GHz~5.6GHz frequency.The enhanced 16-VQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package makes it an excellent RF IC.In this package, the RF modulator is mounted in the Strip format.Any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used with this RF modulator.It is a 16-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation controls.A RF switch IC's temperature less than 85°C must be used for operation.This RF switch IC should not operate at a temperature lower than -40°C.
