HMC1161LP5E Overview
RF modulator operates based on the frequency of 11.07GHz~11.62GHz.The enhanced 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package makes it an excellent RF IC.Strip package is used for this RF modulator.A Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used to place this RF modulator.This is a 32-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control.It operates with the RF switch IC's maximal operating temperature of 85°C to ensure its reliability.This RF switch IC must be able to operate at a minimum of -40°C degrees Celsius during normal operation.
