In the 9.9GHz~12.7GHz frequency range, RF modulator operates.RF IC benefit from this IC's enhanced 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad package.The RF modulator is packaged in a Strip package.Ideally, you should place this RF modulator on a Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.RF module with enhanced power dissipation control, 16-pin.85°C is the minimum operating RF switch IC's temperature.There must not be a minimum operating temperature of -40°C for this RF switch IC.If the RF modulator's supply current is operated in the range of 46mA or higher, it will provide its performance.
