HMC389LP4E Overview
RF modulator operates on the basis of the frequency of 3.35GHz~3.55GHz.RF IC with the enhanced 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package.Strip package is used to mount this RF modulator.PCBs or development boards with Surface Mount-types can accommodate this RF modulator.24-pin driver chip with enhanced power dissipation.A RF switch IC's temperature of less than 85°C is required for operation.There must be no minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC, which is -40°C.
