HMC391LP4E Overview
In the 3.9GHz~4.45GHz frequency range, RF modulator operates.RF IC benefit from this IC's enhanced 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package.The Strip package contains this RF modulator.Any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used with this RF modulator.An enhanced power dissipation control RF module featuring 24 pins.Under 85°C, the operating RF switch IC's temperature must be kept below.There must not be a minimum operating temperature of -40°C for this RF switch IC.This RF modulator needs to operate at 30mA RF modulator's supply current in order to deliver its performance.
