The frequency of 14GHz~15GHz determines how RF modulator operates.The enhanced 16-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package makes it an excellent RF IC.Strip package is used to mount this RF modulator.PCB or development board with Surface Mount-type connectors can accommodate this RF modulator.An enhanced power dissipation RF module with 16 pins.A RF switch IC's temperature less than 85°C must be used for operation.It operates with the RF switch IC's minimal operating temperature of -40°C to ensure its reliability.
