A frequency of 0Hz~7GHz is used to operate RF modulator.RF IC features an enhanced 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad package.In the Bulk package, this RF modulator is mounted.Any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used with this RF modulator.Integrated into this RF module are 8 terminations that are used for driving and receiving signals from data.RF module with enhanced power dissipation control, 8-pin.Below 85°C is the required RF switch IC's operating temperature.It operates with the RF switch IC's minimal operating temperature of -40°C to ensure its reliability.The RF modulator's supply current needs to be operated in the range of 69mA.
