RF modulator operates at 0Hz~7GHz frequency.RF IC features an enhanced 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad package.Strip package is used for this RF modulator.On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, you can install this RF modulator.The integrated terminations of this RF module allow it to drive and receive signals from data.RF module with enhanced power dissipation control, 8-pin.There must be a RF switch IC's temperature below 85°C during operation.This RF switch IC should not operate at a temperature lower than -40°C.This RF modulator needs to operate at 69mA RF modulator's supply current in order to deliver its performance.
