The RF modulator operates at a frequency of 0Hz~7GHz.RF IC with the enhanced 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad package.In this package, the RF modulator is mounted in the Cut Tape (CT) format.Ideally, you should place this RF modulator on a Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.It is a 8-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation controls.A RF switch IC's temperature less than 85°C must be used for operation.This RF switch IC must not be operated at a temperature below -40°C when it is at its minimum operating temperature.In order to perform at its best, the RF modulator's supply current needs to be operated at 69mA.
