MAX2309ETI+T Overview

The RF modulator operates on the basis of the frequency 70MHz~300MHz.The enhanced 28-WFQFN Exposed Pad package makes it an excellent RF IC.There is a Tape & Reel (TR) package for this RF modulator.PCB or development board with Surface Mount-type connectors can accommodate this RF modulator.28 terminations are integrated into this RF module for driving and receiving signals from data.It is a 28-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation controls.85°C is the minimum operating RF switch IC's temperature.A minimum operating temperature of -40°C should not be reached by this RF switch IC.For it to perform as expected, the RF modulator's supply current must be in the range of 41.5mA.
