HMC444LP4E Overview
A frequency of 9.9GHz~11.2GHz is used to operate RF modulator.RF IC benefit from this IC's enhanced 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package.Strip package is used to mount this RF modulator.You can place this RF modulator to any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.It is a 24-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation controls.It must be below 85°C when the RF switch IC's system is operating.There must be no minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC, which is -40°C.The RF modulator's supply current must be operated at 68mA in order to deliver its performance.
