On the basis of the frequency 0Hz~18GHz, RF modulator operates.RF IC with the enhanced 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad package.The Strip package contains this RF modulator.You can place this RF modulator to any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.This RF module has 16 terminations for driving and receiving data signals.An enhanced power dissipation RF module with 16 pins.It operates with the RF switch IC's maximal operating temperature of 85°C to ensure its reliability.It must not be less than -40°C degrees Celsius for this RF switch IC to operate properly.The RF modulator's supply current needs to be operated in the range of 103mA.
