HMC561 Overview


Using the frequency of 8GHz~21GHz, RF modulator operates.With the enhanced Die package, this RF IC is excellent.The RF modulator is packaged in a Tray package.A Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used to place this RF modulator.RF module with enhanced power dissipation control, 0-pin.A RF switch IC's temperature of less than 85°C is required for operation.This RF switch IC should not operate at a temperature lower than -55°C.If the RF modulator's supply current is operated in the range of 98mA or higher, it will provide its performance.
