RF modulator operates based on the frequency of 37GHz~44GHz.RF IC with the enhanced 16-VFCQFN Exposed Pad package.The package of this RF modulator is Tape & Reel (TR).On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, this RF modulator can be placed.The RF module has improved power dissipation control.It is important that the operating RF switch IC's temperature is below 85°C.It operates with the RF switch IC's minimal operating temperature of -40°C to ensure its reliability.
