On the basis of the frequency 5.5GHz~8.6GHz, RF modulator operates.With the enhanced 32-TFCQFN Exposed Pad package, this RF IC is excellent.Tape & Reel (TR) package is used for this RF modulator.PCB or development board with Surface Mount-type connectors can accommodate this RF modulator.There are 32 terminations in this RF module so that signals can be driven from the data and received.32-pin driver chip with enhanced power dissipation.There must be a RF switch IC's temperature below 85°C during operation.This RF switch IC should not operate at a temperature lower than -40°C.
