HMC704LP4ETR Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Digi-Reel? package. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. 24 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. The supply voltage of 3.3V allows for high efficiency.
