RF modulator operates at 20.9GHz~23.9GHz frequency.RF IC benefit from this IC's enhanced 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package.The Tape & Reel (TR) package contains this RF modulator.Ideally, you should place this RF modulator on a Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.RF module has 24 terminations built in for driving or receiving signals from data.The RF module has improved power dissipation control.There must be a RF switch IC's temperature below 85°C during operation.This RF switch IC must be able to operate at a minimum of -40°C degrees Celsius during normal operation.
