HMC877LC3 Overview


On the basis of the frequency 8GHz~23GHz, RF modulator operates.The enhanced 16-VFCQFN Exposed Pad package makes it an excellent RF IC.In this package, the RF modulator is mounted in the Bulk format.You can place this RF modulator to any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.This integrated circuit has 16 terminations designed for driving and receiving signals from data.A 16-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control is featured here.There must be a RF switch IC's temperature below 85°C during operation.It is important that this RF switch IC does not operate at -40°C degrees Celsius at its minimum operating temperature.For it to perform as expected, the RF modulator's supply current must be in the range of 190mA.
