The RF modulator operates on the basis of the frequency 10GHz~16GHz.RF ICs with enhanced 32-TFCQFN Exposed Pad packages are excellent with common characteristics.Strip package is used to mount this RF modulator.Any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used with this RF modulator.The RF module has improved power dissipation control.85°C is the minimum operating RF switch IC's temperature.There must be no minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC, which is -40°C.This RF modulator needs to operate at 290mA RF modulator's supply current in order to deliver its performance.
