MC1496P1 Overview
RF modulator operates on the basis of the frequency of 300MHz.RF ICs with enhanced 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) packages are excellent with common characteristics.In this package, the RF modulator is mounted in the Tube format.PCBs or development boards with Through Hole-types can accommodate this RF modulator.In order to drive and receive signals from data, this RF module has 14 terminations integrated.RF module with enhanced power dissipation control, 14-pin.There must be a RF switch IC's temperature below 70°C during operation.It is important that this RF switch IC does not operate at 0°C degrees Celsius at its minimum operating temperature.
