The RF modulator operates at a frequency of 700MHz~3GHz.This RF IC features an enhanced 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package .There is a Strip package for this RF modulator.On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, this RF modulator can be placed.This integrated circuit has 32 terminations designed for driving and receiving signals from data.This is a 32-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control.Below 85°C is the required RF switch IC's operating temperature.It operates with the RF switch IC's minimal operating temperature of -40°C to ensure its reliability.This RF modulator needs to operate at 260mA RF modulator's supply current in order to deliver its performance.
