A handy package called SOIC N is used.It is used as a voltage reference and is controlled by Shunt.A precise voltage reference must have a tolerance of 0.3%.Input is taken from a Fixed form.The voltage reference ic has 8 pins that are settled.20mA input applications can use the reference voltage.For Surface Mount applications, the reference voltage is appropriate.A maximum voltage of 1.235V is generated by it.Generally, the cathode current should be 10μA.Its lowest voltage output is 1.235V.Temperatures above 70°C are not recommended for operation.The unit can operate at temperatures as low as 0°C.A voltage of 1.2V is output.
