ZRA245Y01 Overview

This part is used as a voltage reference and has a Shunt control.External packaging Bulk encloses the voltage reference ic.There are various functions associated with terminations 2.Parts are coupled with analog ICs.A voltage of 2.45V is output as a result of the test statistics.There is 1 need to generate more than 1 outputs.Reflow soldering should take place at a temperature of NOT SPECIFIED more than NOT SPECIFIED.The voltage reference ic has settled 2 pins.Users should constrain the voltage correspondingly since the part can only accept 40V input voltage.It should operate at a temperature 85°C higher than 85°C.Temperatures as low as -40°C can be tolerated by it.Voltage is output at 2.45V.
