LT1004CZ-2.5 Overview
TO-92 is used to simplify the process.Based on the Shunt control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Bulk external package encloses the voltage reference ic.The voltage reference should have 0.8% tolerance.A voltage reference ic with 3 pins is settled.It can be used with 20mA inputs.There are Through Hole applications that can be used with the reference voltage.The voltage reference ic cannot provide output current greater than 20mA.Communications with high quality are limited to 1 channels.It has a maximum output voltage of 2.5V.The cathode current of a voltage reference ic should be 20μA.An ambient temperature of 70°C should be used for operation.The voltage reference circuit can operate at a temperature of 0°C.Voltage 2.5V is outputted.
