The reference voltage makes use of the handy SOIC N package.This part is used as a voltage reference and has a Series, Shunt control.Tolerance of 0.05% for precise voltage measurements.A Fixed form is available for input by the user.The voltage reference ic has settled 8 pins.Inputs of 10mA are compatible with the reference voltage.The application is suitable for Surface Mount.In terms of maximum output voltage, it is equal to 2.5V.Cathode currents should generally be equal to 800μA.2.5V is the lowest voltage the voltage reference ic can output.It should operate at a temperature 85°C higher than 85°C.Temperatures as low as -40°C can be tolerated by it.Voltage is output at 2.5V.In idle mode, the voltage reference circuit uses 1mA.This voltage reference circuit runs on a supply current of 1.3mA volts.
