PDIP is used to simplify the process.Based on the Buried Zener, Series control, this part serves as a voltage reference.The voltage reference should have 0.5% tolerance.A voltage reference ic with 8 pins is settled.It can be used with 10mA inputs.There are Through Hole applications that can be used with the reference voltage.The voltage reference ic cannot provide output current greater than 10mA.Communications with high quality are limited to 1 channels.It has a maximum output voltage of 5V.5V voltage lower than 5V can be output by the voltage reference ic.Since the part's max input voltage is 40V, users should limit the voltage accordingly.An ambient temperature of 70°C should be used for operation.The voltage reference circuit can operate at a temperature of 0°C.Voltage 5V is outputted.During idle time, the voltage reference circuit uses 1.5mA.
