Uses the handy SOT-23 package.This part serves as a voltage reference and is controlled by a Series signal.In order to measure voltage accurately, a tolerance of 0.1% must be used.Input can be entered via a Fixed form.Part 6 has its pins 6 settled.It can be used by applications with 3mA inputs.There is Surface Mount suitable application for Surface Mount.A high-quality communication channel is not available at the moment.This voltage reference ic's maximum output voltage amounts to 2.5V when compared to its input voltage.In terms of voltage output, the lowest voltage is 2.5V.It should be operated at a temperature not exceeding 70°C.Temperatures as low as 0°C degrees Celsius are not an issue.It outputs voltage 2.5V.At idle, the part uses 60μA.A supply current of 80μA volts powers this voltage reference circuit.
