LT1021CMH-5 Overview
The reference voltage makes use of the handy TO-5 package.This part is used as a voltage reference and has a Buried Zener, Series control.External packaging Bulk encloses the voltage reference ic.Tolerance of 0.5% for precise voltage measurements.The voltage reference ic has settled 8 pins.Inputs of 10mA are compatible with the reference voltage.The application is suitable for Through Hole.Currently, there are 1 high-quality communication channels available.In terms of maximum output voltage, it is equal to 5V.Users should constrain the voltage correspondingly since the part can only accept 40V input voltage.It should operate at a temperature 125°C higher than 125°C.Temperatures as low as -55°C can be tolerated by it.Voltage is output at 5V.In idle mode, the voltage reference circuit uses 1.5mA.
