The SOIC package provides greater flexibility.Bulk is the packaging method.Gate drivers is configured wGate driversh 4 drivers.During design, it is configured with 24 pins.Mosfet driver is possible for the output current to be as low as 1.5A.The basis has 4 integrated outputs.Temperatures greater than 85°C are not allowed.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a temperature of -40°C.In order for the device to operate, the supply voltage must be 15V.Its minimum operating voltage is 10V.In order to operate properly, the operating supply voltage should be set to 12V.
