For greater flexibility, its SO package is used.Configuration is based on 2 drivers.At the time of design, it is configured with 8 pins.Mosfet driver is possible to achieve a maximum output current of 1.7A.For its basis, there are 2 outputs integrated.There is a maximum operating temperature of 85°C.Minimum operating temperatures are allowed to be -40°C.The maximum voltage for operation is 13.2V.A supply voltage of 4.5V is the minimum value required to operate the device.Mosfet gate drivers is recommended that the operating supply voltage be set to 12V.
