The reference voltage makes use of the handy SO package.This part is used as a voltage reference and has a Series control.Tolerance of 0.075% for precise voltage measurements.A Fixed form is available for input by the user.The voltage reference ic has settled 8 pins.Inputs of 40mA are compatible with the reference voltage.The application is suitable for Surface Mount.Currently, there are 1 high-quality communication channels available.10V is the lowest voltage the voltage reference ic can output.It should operate at a temperature 70°C higher than 70°C.Temperatures as low as 0°C can be tolerated by it.Voltage is output at 10V.In idle mode, the voltage reference circuit uses 270μA.This voltage reference circuit runs on a supply current of 360μA volts.
