LT1461BCS8-5 Product Details

LT1461BCS8-5 Overview

An easy-to-use SOIC package is used. The handy Series package is used in this program. For precise voltage reference, use 0.06% tolerance.Input can be entered into Fixed forms. For applications with 100mA inputs, the reference voltage is suitable.Surface Mount applications are compatible with the voltage reference. It is not possible for the voltage reference ic to output a voltage lower than 5V.Ambient temperatures should not exceed 70°C.Despite its low operating temperature, it can still function at 0°C degrees Celsius.Voltage output is 5V.As long as the voltage reference circuit is idle, 50μA is used. There is 70μA supply current flowing through the voltage reference circuit.
