The reference voltage makes use of a handy SOT-23 package.The reference voltage is enclosed in the Cut Tape external packaging.5 terminations with various functions.THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE analog IC is coupled with the reference voltage.It outputs 1.5V voltage according to the test statistics.It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs. The greatest voltage output from the voltage reference ic is tested 1.515V.The voltage reference circuit outputs a voltage 1.485V less than 1.485V.It has a maximum ambient temperature of 70°C.
