LT1461DHS8-4 Overview


The reference voltage makes use of the handy SOIC package.This part is used as a voltage reference and has a Series control.Tolerance of 0.15% for precise voltage measurements.A Fixed form is available for input by the user.The voltage reference ic has settled 8 pins.Inputs of 100mA are compatible with the reference voltage.The application is suitable for Surface Mount.In terms of maximum output voltage, it is equal to 4.096V.4.096V is the lowest voltage the voltage reference ic can output.It should operate at a temperature 125°C higher than 125°C.Temperatures as low as -40°C can be tolerated by it.Voltage is output at 4.1V.In idle mode, the voltage reference circuit uses 50μA.This voltage reference circuit runs on a supply current of 70μA volts.
