LT6650HS5#TRM Product Details

LT6650HS5#TRM Overview

The reference voltage makes use of the handy SOT-23-5 package. This part is used as a voltage reference and has a Series control.External packaging Tape and Reel encloses the voltage reference ic.Tolerance of 1.5% for precise voltage measurements. The voltage reference ic has settled 5 pins.Inputs of 200μA are compatible with the reference voltage.Currently, there are 1 high-quality communication channels available.Users should constrain the voltage correspondingly since the part can only accept 18V input voltage. It should operate at a temperature 125°C higher than 125°C.Temperatures as low as -40°C can be tolerated by it.Voltage is output at 400mV.In idle mode, the voltage reference circuit uses 12μA.As you can see, 1.4V voltage is required at least to run the voltage reference ic.
