Packaging for the buffer amplifier is in the form of a SOIC case. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) case that is delivered with the instrumentation amplifiers. An 18-pin op amp ic is included in the package. With regards to the offset voltage of the input, buffer amplifier is rated at 500nV. Using a supply current of 1mA , this buffer op amp will be able to operate. The buffer amp consists of 4 circuits in total. 4 channels are available on the instrumentation amplifier. This op amp needs to be operated at a temperature of not less than 0°C degrees Celsius in order to function properly. You should not use op amp above 70°C degrees. A total of 4 elements are present in this linear amplifier. Regarding the voltage of the supply, this electrical part can work from a voltage as low as 16V, and this is an excellent feature.
