There is greater flexibility with the SOIC package.A total of 3 drivers are integrated into its configuration.Devices have 8 pins available.Mosfet driver is based on a basis of 3 outputs that have been integrated.Operating temperatures cannot exceed 70°C.0°C is the minimum permissible operating temperature.During operation, the supply voltage of 6V is its maximum value.In order for it to operate, the supply voltage of 1.8V must be maintained.As a rule of thumb, the operating supply voltage should be set to 3.3V.
