LT1161ISW#TR Overview
For greater flexibility, the SOIC package is adopted.A package of Tape and Reel has been used.This configuration includes 4 drivers.The pins are configured with 20 when designing the chip.Based on its basis, it integrates 4 outputs.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a temperature of 85°C.Operating temperatures can be as low as -40°C.For operation, 48V is the maximum supply voltage.For operation, 8V is the minimum supply voltage.Mosfet gate drivers is recommended that the operating supply voltage be set to 12V volts.
