For greater flexibility, the SOT-23-6 package is adopted.A package of Cut Tape (CT) has been used.Mosfet driver consists of 6 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.The pins are configured with 6 when designing the chip.The device is specifically designed to operate at 12V volts.Its interface IC is BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.4A is the maximum output current.Based on its basis, it integrates 1 outputs.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a temperature of 85°C.Operating temperatures can be as low as -40°C.For operation, 15V is the maximum supply voltage.For operation, -300mV is the minimum supply voltage.Resistance 1.5Ohm is used for operation.
