ATA6829-T3QY Overview

There is greater flexibility with the SOIC package.A total of 6 drivers are integrated into its configuration.Mosfet driver is based on 16 terminations.Mosfet driver is mounted using Surface Mount.Devices have 16 pins available.The device is specifically designed to function with a supply voltage of 5V V.As its interface IC, SIPO BASED PERIPHERAL DRIVER is being employed.An output current as high as 1.5A can be achieved at maximum power.The component has 16 pins.Operating temperatures cannot exceed 150°C.-40°C is the minimum permissible operating temperature.Keeping the supply current at 6mA ensures greater stability.During operation, the supply voltage of 40V is its maximum value.In order for it to operate, the supply voltage of 5.6V must be maintained.The frequency of 2MHz can result in an improvement in efficiency.
