RF modulator operates on the basis of the frequency of 0Hz~4GHz.RF IC features an enhanced Flat Box, Terminator package.This RF modulator is mounted in the Bulk package.A Flange Mount-type PCB or development board can be used to place this RF modulator.During operation, the RF switch IC's temperature must be below 150°C.It is important that this RF switch IC does not operate at -55°C degrees Celsius at its minimum operating temperature.
