AS1909C16-T Product Details

AS1909C16-T Overview

It is packaged with Cut Tape (CT). IC management is packaged as a TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 package. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset manage ics. When 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. 3 pins are on the supervisor. In order for this PMIC to work correctly, the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be greater than 1.2V. This IC power should be powered by no more than 3.6V volts of supply voltage (Vsup). Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended. We recommend setting the supervisors to -40°C~125°C TA degrees. As this power managment ic operates, it is able to produce an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector.
