AS3510-T Overview

Due to space constraints, it is supplied in the 49-LFBGA package. Tape & Reel (TR) packaging is adopted. In the various applications in which this electronic part is used, it is capable of delivering a high level of efficiency as a type of Audio. The mounting type of this device is Surface Mount. Operating performance at -20°C~85°C makes it possible to operate normally. It features 1 / 1 ADCs / DACs. An analog circuit is supplied with a voltage of 2.8V~3.6V.
