Tape & Reel (TR) is an acceptable method of shipping the power management.It is packaged the power management in 20-UFBGA, WLCSP for ease of transportation.For easy adaptation, Surface Mount is a universal mounting method.There are a number of applications targeted at Handheld/Mobile Devices .It is recommended that the operating temperature of the power management ic be set to -40°C~85°C to prevent malfunctions.For its operation, this power management requires 2.7V~5.5V voltage.A Surface Mount allows mounting on a PCB or other board.The power management ic is powered by a voltage of 26μA volts.Current should be conducted at 26μA when the power ic is supplied with power.It is not recommended to operate at a temperature higher than 85°C .Temperature lower than -40°C is not suitable for the it.
