EE80960SB10512 Overview

The embedded microprocessor ships overseas conveniently packed in PLCC. Temperatures above 85°C should not allow the embedded microprocessor to operate. In many applications, this CPU is mounted with a Surface Mount bus. Ideally, the CPU will operate at 10MHz MHz. Micro processors can be used from 5V. 5V is the voltage on the CPU core. A voltage higher than 5.5V shouldn't be used in a normal situation. It is recommended that the lowest voltage be fed to the micro processor is 4.5V.
