This package makes use of the 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) programming language.Packaging for the external use of Tube.Qualified to operate within 0°C~70°C.FPGA is programmable through OTP.The voltage is 4.75V~5.25V.FPGA is mounted in Through Hole.FPGA is limFPGAed to 65kb bytes for the size of the data storage.EPC1064 will give you other related parts.5V is the required supply voltage.Different functions can be assigned to 8 terminations.A maximum voltage of 5.25V can be applied to this memory device.FPGA is essential that a minimum voltage of 4.75V be supplied to the device in order for FPGA to function.This is a CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip.The temperature should be kept below NOT SPECIFIED in reflow soldering.A SERIAL-processing method is used to transfer data through this memory.Using a 4MHz frequency, this memory IC can work at high speeds.The memory's I/O is configured as COMMON.Memory is recommended that a 5V power supply be used.In order to better serve the needs, 4 WIRE INTERFACE TO FLEX 8000 DEVICES is included.Among the EPC series of devices, it is one of the most popular ones.
