For space-saving reasons, it is supplied in a QFN package. Signals are prevented from reflecting off the end of transmission lines by 40 terminations. In addition, it can be supplied with a voltage of 1.71V at a minimum. As a precaution, the maximum operating temperature is set to 85°C. For normal operation, the operating temperature must be set at -25°C at least. This device supports a maximum supply voltage of 3.6V.
